Who Are We?
Well, ‘we’ is actually me..... Sonia and my website! Basically I just love everything to do with natural wellbeing, and development of the mind, body and soul. With over 20 years’ personal interest in the subject and 4 years’ hands-on experience in the Natural Health Industry, I’m learning, reading and researching all the time. I also bring you the expertise of the great suppliers I work with; one has over 10 years’ expertise in mattresses and furnishings, the other has a nose that only picks the finest organic wines, others design and produce beautiful soft quality eco friendly clothing and yet others have created the most luxurious organic cosmetics that leave your skin looking a million dollars.
Working together since 2004 we have successfully clothed, washed, styled, celebrated, watered, and tucked into bed over 6000 customers! By working together we are able to serve you better and provide everything you need under one healthy roof.
The one thing we all have in common is a love of this industry and a passion for creating positive beneficial change for everyone. The reason I’m doing this goes beyond my love of organic and natural skincare, I’m passionately interested in creating a healthy and plentiful lifestyle; one that isn’t just dependent on the things we buy, but also in the qualities we can cultivate internally that lead to a life full of love, health, happiness and abundance. Our thoughts are what determine our life and I believe that together we can create a great tide of change in this negative society. I’ve seen how important it is to have a life full of belief and faith. When you live in this space it’s a fantastic feeling to be able to share it with others.
2004 was the year that my passion was realised. It was the year I went to see Tony Robbins at Excel, and since then life has been one fantastic upward learning curve. Before then I had pursued quite a lot of studying in business psychology and worked in HR in London but nothing satisfied my inner soul. Since University I had been interested in naturopathy, homeopathy, yoga, reiki and all sorts, but had not really taken them beyond a personal interest.
Whilst expecting my second child also in 2004 I started reading all about chemicals in our environment and in our skincare. I immediately changed everything in my bathroom cabinet to organic or natural products. I have taught myself all I can about choosing products that have a minimal health and environmental impact. My husband jokes that I’m the ‘would be doctor’ in the house, because my medicine cabinet is full of natural remedies for this and that!
I believe that by using natural and organic products on our bodies and in our homes we increase our quality of life by increasing the harmonic energy around us. We can further increase that energy by de-cluttering our homes and minds and inviting only good thoughts and events into our lives. Health, wellbeing and abundance comes from a holistic mind, body and soul - we then not only benefit ourselves, but our environment, our community and our planet.
I love to hear from mind, body and soul searching people who love their health, the environment and the planet. Click here to drop me a line.
Meet Some of the Gang!
The people who bring you all our pure, organic, and natural stuff do so with complete authenticity and a real love and passion for doing what they do, as I do. Their ethics, sincerity and dedication is what makes it a pleasure for me to work with them. I feel at home amongst these people because they have the same values as me and they care, they care about my business, and they care about your order as much as I do. You know how that feels? It feels good! By the way a lot of them chose pictures of drinks to represent them…not a teetotal lot you see...

Lisa - Eurydice PR Ethical PR. I spent ages pondering on who to take on, who could honestly bring my message to you. Lisa was heaven sent, because not only does she understand, but she’s coming from the same place I am, like my business soul mate! so you can be sure that all the PR and editorials that we release are written with honesty, sincerity and an ethical standpoint.
