This product consists of naturally formed crystals of a certified pure food grade mineral salt, Potassium Alum which is nontoxic, hypoallergenic and does not block the pores or stain clothing. It works by inhibiting the growth of odour forming bacteria, but unlike Aluminium Chlorohydrate, (the chemical used in most commercial deodorants), there is no risk of aluminium absorption. The product is free from any fragrance and has not been tested on animals. Simply moisten the stone and apply. Lasts for approximately 6 9 months. Supplied in an unbleached cotton pouch complete with an information leaflet.
