How to Use:
Apply either around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye shadows.
Inika Eye shadows and Eye Liners have been specially formulated to work in harmony together. The pigments of the Inika Inika Eye shadows react with the pigments of the Eye Liners. When you apply Inika Eye shadow over the top of Inika Eye Liner it will pull out the pigments of the shadow to give you dramatic colour, a metallic effect or an iridescent sheen depending on what combination you use.
Use the Inika angle brush to help blend your eye liner along your lash line creating a smokey effect.
