Uk Delivery prices starts at £1.06

• Most orders £100 and over are free delivery to addresses within the UK mainland.
• Cost of delivery of items to addresses in UK mainland is capped at £5.95 despite what you buy. You will not pay more than this.
• Most orders will usually be shipped within 1 - 14 working days. Except for mattresses which take 3-4 weeks. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to you in-order to cut down on product miles and the cost of storage charges. We can therefore pass on price savings to you. Other items are held in stock, we trust that customers will understand if some goods therefore arrive separately for this reason. You will not be charged extra for this.
• Goods over 800 g will be shipped via Parcel Force 48 hour delivery, goods under this weight will be shipped via Royal mail 1st Class recorded post.
• Delivery prices are determined by weight, we do this to ensure that you are only charged what it costs to pack and ship the items to you. We have tried to work this out in bands to make it more cost effective
• This means that if you buy a little bit more you will not get charged a lot more for postage. We do not charge you according to how much money you spend with us as we don’t think this is entirely fair.
• It is advised that customers provide an address where someone will be available to collect delivery items from Monday to Friday
• We used to previously allow orders to be sent non –recorded and be left in a safe place, but found that lots of things went missing! So now due to unavoidable reasons we have to send things recorded. If it is a problem for you to be there for collection then please provide a delivery address where you think someone can take the parcel for you.

• The maximum weight of goods that can be ordered online is 30kg. Orders over this weight will need a shipping quote. Please contact us at mail@buyorganics.co.uk for this. All international orders are shipped through first class International recorded mail. Dispatch is normally on a Friday of each week. Most orders to Europe arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch. Most orders to USA, Japan etc arrive 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Proof of posting is obtained on all orders.
• Paints, Wines and Beers cannot be shipped internationally at this time. Orders of over 50 cases of wine or Beer maybe considered.
• All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are stated both exclusive and inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated otherwise. All orders are charged in GB pounds. Your local card provider will bill you in your local currency. You must check your local currency conversion rate for the cost in your local currency. All orders sent to countries outside the EU are VAT exempt and we will charge these at the pre VAT price. It is our policy to offer goods at the most reasonable price possible, however, if, due to circumstances beyond our control, we deem it necessary to alter any advertised price, we reserve the right to do so without prior notice.

• Abaca mattresses normally take 3-4 weeks for delivery. We will contact you directly to arrange a date on which the mattress will be delivered as soon as it is ready to be shipped. Delivery conditions are according to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions as stated below. Overseas customers and customers outside of mainland UK will be contacted directly in-order to arrange postage and packaging costs at the time of placing your order. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (Saturday with a surcharge).
• Abaca Mattress delivery is by Night freight and does not include placement in your home. Mattresses can be difficult to handle, please ensure that you have enough help on hand when your delivery takes place. We ensure that the packaging is sufficiently strong to cope with all normal handling. When your goods arrive, please ensure that there are no rips or tears to the mattress and/or that the bed has not been scratched or damaged. The driver is allowed to wait for 10 minutes while you do this. Please ensure that you have enough people on hand to help you carry the goods and that the mattress does not bend or fold over on itself, this may cause irreparable damage and is not covered by your guarantee. Sometimes the driver will help you place the mattress but this can’t be guaranteed.
• In the unlikely event that there is any damage when the goods arrive, please DO NOT accept delivery, DO NOT sign the delivery sheet, instead ask the driver for a damaged freight report which will need your signature. Contact us as soon as is practicable. Goods are not covered by transit insurance once you have accepted delivery. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Prolana products normally take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. Smaller items such as pillows and bedding are held in stock, and will be sent directly to you either from us or from Germany. Larger items such as beds, slatted bed bases or mattresses will be sent directly to a local removal firm who will contact you to arrange delivery and fitting. Prolana mattresses are delivered and placed in a room of choice for you by experienced removal people. However, Prolana Cot mattresses will be dispatched directly to you by parcel carrier.
• In the event that products are delivered damaged, please inform us immediately and refuse delivery of the goods
• General - If you are not available to take collection of your goods on an arranged date, a charge of £25 will be made to cover part of the cost of the failed delivery. If you have placed an order for items that do not require arrangement of a delivery date such as pillows, sheets, bedding, protectors, and comforters etc, the carrier will have left their card with contact details if you are unavailable. It is in your interest to contact them as soon as possible since every extra journey your goods make increases the likelihood of damage. If the carrier fails to deliver for reasons beyond their control they will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity.

• Wines, juices, ciders (75cl) and spirits are sent out in multiples of 12 bottles.
  You can mix the cases as you wish through our collections page. Beers and ciders (33cl and 50cl) are sent as cases of one type, in 20's or 24's depending on the type.
• Minimum order is one case. Orders are sent with a two day carrier, who will deliver during the day, Monday to Friday. We are not able to specify a time but you can request that the case be left with a neighbour or in a safe place if you are out.
• We aim to deliver within a week of receiving your order, usually within 3 days, although delays are likely at Christmas.
• If there are any items out of stock we will substitute with an item of similar style and quality. If you do NOT want us to do this, and would like us to contact you regarding substitutions, please make a note of this in the comment box and we will either phone or email you.
• Customers are asked to provide us details of a secure location that orders can be left if you are unavailable and a contact number for you for the delivery people. However please note that buyOrganics cannot take responsibility for it if it goes missing. Any replacements will be made at the discretion of the company. If no one is available to receive the goods and it cannot be left for you at the delivery address then you will be left a card, with details of collection or re-delivery. Should you then be unavailable the package will be returned to us and you may be liable to pay the returned postage cost which will be the same as the outgoing charge in-order to receive your goods.

• All orders are normally dispatched within 7 days; if there is likely to be a delay we inform you as soon as possible. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday. We aim to ship within one day of receiving an order and orders received before 11am are usually dispatched same day. Orders placed after 11am on Friday, any time on Saturday or Sunday are not packed until Monday at the earliest. Unless the products delivered to you are not as per your order, or are damaged on delivery then we cannot accept returns and refunds of paints. Your statutory rights are not affected. You must inform us within 24 hrs of delivery if the goods received are damaged.
